Our Brands
The Hill Station Hotel is a historic landmark in Jos, Plateau State, undergoing revitalization through a strategic partnership.
In July 2024, Strom Infrastructure Investment & Management Limited (Strom) signed a Heads of Terms agreement with the Plateau State Government to facilitate the hotel’s restoration and redevelopment.Â
Further to this, Strom established a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called Hillside Hospitality in collaboration with key partners. The SPV was created to serve as the management and investment vehicle, ensuring a coordinated approach to the hotel’s transformation. Its primary objectives include overseeing operations, attracting investment, and implementing a world-class hospitality model that aligns with the project’s long-term vision.
